It seemed like pretty good odds when the small Italian joint Panevino was taken over by Travis Rosenthal, the owner of Tango and rum emporium Rumba. Along with handmade pasta and some tasty small plates, Rosenthal implemented a craft cocktail program centered around coffee -- "A caffè corretto is a traditional Italian combination of espresso “corrected” with spirits, usually grappa (a grape-based brandy), some other form of brandy, or Sambuca."
