The Old Warehouse Zillah. They have the only tap beers in town, with excellent food. Their 1908 was built by the Perhams, pioneer orchardists. They been operating 15-16, preceded by a furniture store. There are two old stained glass windows, one of the Baptism of Jesus, the other THE Last Supper. Because we were asking question about the building, manager Sean Rogers sat down with us, and ate his dinner too.
Buena Bill's in Buena (BU-an-na). Bill has owned this for 44 years, one employee has been there 43 years. The bar was built 60 years ago. There was a local gang hereabouts. They burnt down a church and a police station (!), then the sheriff cleaned things up. It's decorated with many framed photos of his patrons.
